A car coming from the right has an obligation to give way to you, in accordance with the exit rule:
“A driver also has an obligation to give way to any vehicle when its path crosses their own path when the driver joins a road [...] from a parking space, a property, a petrol station or from any other similar area in connection to the road.” (Road Traffic Ordinance)
It can be difficult to judge exactly what this place is. But it is clear that this place falls under the exit rule. Compare it, for example, with the junction at the start of the video.
If you are uncertain whether it is an exit road or not, there is another clue that tells you that cars from the right have an obligation to give way to you: they would have to cross a footpath.
