Payment and validity period
The payment is administered by Swedbank Pay.
Immediately after your payment, you should be able to log in to Körkortonline.se and start using the service. Contact customer services if you are unable to log in directly after payment.
The period of validity on an account can be chosen at the time of purchasing. The period of validity starts immediately after the time of purchasing. Once the account’s period of validity has run out, you are no longer able to take any practice tests or access other functions such as statistics and explanations. Regardless of the time of purchase, your account is always valid for the whole of the last day (up until 23:59).
You can redo the questions you buy as many times as you wish. You always have an unlimited number of logins, corrections and practice tests. The only thing which limits you is the period of validity.
You can extend the validity period of your account by making a new payment after logging in to your account. Under no circumstances is there ever an automatic extension.
Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is counted from the day you make your purchase. If you withdraw, you get the full amount back, without having to give any reason.
To withdraw from your purchase, it is enough to send a clear statement to our customer service. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form.
Technical requirements and limitations
Access to Körkortonline.se cannot always be guaranteed. Server maintenance and unforeseen events may mean that it is not always possible to use the service.

Language
The questions are available in Swedish and English. You can always change language whenever you like. Customer services are only available in Swedish and English.
