Driving theory questions

Do you have an obligation to give way if a vehicle emerges from the right (at the red arrow)?

  • Incorrect: đź”’
  • Correct: đź”’

The exit rule applies to vehicles coming from the right: “A driver also has an obligation to give way to any vehicle when its path crosses their own path when the driver joins a road [...] from [...] a property”. (Road Traffic Ordinance)

The layout here makes it clear that this is an exit road and not a regular junction. Compare it to the junction seen on the left at the start of the video, where the footpath follows around the corner of the junction and the road is of the same standard.
