You are driving in lane B. Can you change into A if no special circumstances prevail?
Warning line and solid line (M11)
”This marking is used where it is not permitted for a vehicle on the side of the solid line to change lanes. The marking can also be used to indicate an oncoming solid line on the side where there is a warning line.”
Since the line is solid on your side, you may not normally cross it.
Körkortonline.se offers driving licence theory tests in English (free demo test), Swedish (free demo test). This is an example of an explanation of a test question.
There is also a driving licence book online (2026).
