“At a parking space where only a certain type of vehicle or a certain group of road-users is permitted to park, other vehicles may not be parked or stop other than to pick up or drop off passengers.” (Road Traffic Ordinance)
Crossing the cycle lane is not a problem. Neither is it too close to the pedestrian crossing (the ten-metre rule only applies before a pedestrian crossing, not after).
Note that you may only stop in order to pick up or drop off passengers. Stopping is not permitted in order to unload goods, and neither is stopping permitted in order to answer a telephone call.
