This is a tricky question. The zone sign that forbids stopping and parking on off-road areas (“terräng”) has no significance here, because a junction cannot be off-road. The word ‘off-road’ refers to, for example, grass.
Stopping here is prohibited, because this place (which is the subject of the question) is a junction.
“A vehicle may not be stopped [...] at a junction”. (Road Traffic Ordinance)
The presence of the pedestrian crossing is also a factor here:
“A vehicle may not be stopped [...] on or within a distance of ten metres before a pedestrian crossing”. (Road Traffic Ordinance)
