How many kilometres per hour (km/h) is 14 metres per second (m/s)?

  • Correct: Approximately 50 km/h.
  • Incorrect: Approximately 70 km/h.
  • Incorrect: Approximately 90 km/h.
  • Incorrect: Approximately 110 km/h.

Convert m/s to km/h: 14 * 3.6 = 50 km/h

3.6 is a fixed figure for converting m/s to km/h. If you struggle to multiply by 3.6 right away, you can multiply the number by 3 first, then by 4 and finally chose a value in between (the answer alternatives often give you a great margin).
