What is double parking?
No parking: “On the road next to another vehicle that has stopped along the road (i.e. double parking.)” (Du och jag i trafiken, körkortsbok / teoribok [You and me in traffic], 28th Edition, page 236)
The crossed-out car is double-parked.
The term “double parking” is not used in the legislative texts, but then again, neither is the term “right-hand rule”. However, it is relevant to be aware of these terms.
The “right-hand rule” may be generally known, but “double parking” has actually been used in the title and text of a parliamentary motion.
