Theory test
This is an old question that is no longer in use.
Images may be missing and the information may be dated.
You are driving car B and rolling slowly out at the junction. A1 comes at high speed and is forced to break quickly, which results in A2 driving into A1 from behind. Which statement is true?
“A road user who, regardless of blame, has been involved in a traffic accident shall remain on the scene.” (Swedish Road Traffic Ordinance)
“Been involved in” = you have in some way been involved in or contributed to the accident happening. In this case, it is you who caused A1 to brake, which means that you “are involved in” the accident.
Note that you probably have not done anything wrong! The reasons why you must remain at the scene of the accident:
- To help the injured.
- To provide a witness statement.
This is an example of one of the driving theory questions at Körtkortonline.se. There are two languages: English (free driving licence test), Swedish (free driving licence test)
