You want to turn right. Are you obliged to give way to cyclists cycling across the pedestrian crossing?
On a normal straight road without a turn, you would not need to give way to cyclists on the pedestrian crossing. However, this is occurring in conjunction with making a turn, which means that another rule applies:
“A driver who is turning at a junction [...] shall make sure that this can be done without obstructing [...] the road users on the carriageway that the driver intends to drive in on.” (Swedish Road Traffic Ordinance)
