The fact that you may not turn right is indicated by these road signs:

Because you are driving on a one-way road, you have no oncoming traffic. The Road Traffic Ordinance states:
“When turning left, a vehicle shall be driven as close to the centre of the carriageway as possible, or, on a carriageway with one-way traffic, as close to the carriageway’s left edge as possible.”
Position A is as close to the carriageway’s left edge as possible, and the road layout also means that your turn will be considerably easier than if you use position B.
