”Stop. A vehicle may not pass the stop line or, in the absence of such, the signal.”
As there is no visible stop line, you are to stop just before the signal.
“A driver who is obliged to stop or is stopping at a traffic signal shall stop at the stop line. In the absence of a stop line, the driver shall stop right before the signal.” (Swedish Road Traffic Ordinance)
