Driving theory questions

You are driving the car from which the picture is taken. May you turn off towards Herrängen in some way?
This is a so-called Spanish turn, which means that you are allowed to turn off towards A, but that you must take the detour to the right and then cross the road. It is viewed as the safest option to cross the road rather than to make a left turn.
The following sign is probably erected beforehand:
