What does the traffic signal mean?

  • Incorrect: It is prohibited to drive straight on or to the left, but turning right is permitted.
  • Correct: It is prohibited to drive in any direction.

Red (SIG1)
Stop. A vehicle may not pass the stop line or, in the absence of such, the signal. A signal with an arrow outline only applies to the direction or directions indicated by the arrow.

You should only concern yourself with signals that are lit. The right signals are not lit. This means that you are not allowed drive in any direction.
