This is an old question that is no longer in use.
Images may be missing and the information may be dated.
What type of turn is a cyclist allowed to make?
“Cyclists and drivers of mopeds class II may [...] prior to a junction, keep to the right of the road even when they intend to turn left.” (Swedish Road Traffic Ordinance)
This is because it may be difficult and dangerous to choose A when there is heavy traffic. B may be better since it means that the cyclist can stop at the curb and consider the other traffic.
Why do I need to know this?
– So that you do not get surprised (and cause a dangerous situation) if a cyclist turns as indicated by B.
