Are you permitted to drive into the road where the 30 km/h speed signs are located?
Keep right (D2)
”The signs indicate that the vehicle may only drive past the sign where the arrow is pointing or, in the case of two arrows, where the arrows are indicating. The symbol is adapted to the conditions of the location.”
Therefore, not the direction to be followed sign, which is the sign that compels you to turn right:
Direction to be followed (D1)
”The signs indicate that the vehicle may only be driven in the direction of the arrow or, in the case of two arrows, in either arrow's direction. The symbol is adapted to the conditions of the location.”
The fact that the road is located at an angle to the left does not matter, it just involves turning the wheel a little when you make the turn.
