You are driving the car from which the picture is taken and want to turn right. How should you act?

  • Incorrect: Wait until the road is free of traffic and then turn right, since the traffic signal is not turned on.
  • Incorrect: Wait until the traffic signal is green and then turn right.
  • Correct: Turn left when the road is free of traffic in order to then turn around and drive towards your original destination.

Direction to be followed (D1)
The signs indicate that the vehicle may only be driven in the direction of the arrow or, in the case of two arrows, in either arrow’s direction. The symbol is adapted to the conditions of the location.

Therefore, you may not turn right directly in the junction, which rules out the first two options.
