The mandatory sign shows that you may only drive straight ahead:


Direction to be followed (D1)
The signs indicate that the vehicle may only be driven in the direction of the arrow or, in the case of two arrows, in either arrow's direction. The symbol is adapted to the conditions of the location.

You can also look at the traffic signals. The green arrow means that you are only permitted to drive straight ahead:


Green (SIG3)
Vehicles may continue straight ahead. A green arrow indicates that the signal applies to the direction in which the arrow points. Vehicles may be driven in the arrow’s direction even if another signal is showing at the same time.

Changing to the right-hand lane changes nothing. This is also not permitted, because the right-hand lane is a bus lane.
