How much, at least, should the cargo fastenings be able to withstand?

If, for example, you have a TV on the trailer weighing 30 kg, the straps (the cargo fastenings) must be able to withstand a pressure of at least 24 kg (30 * 0.8) to the front and 15 kg to the back (30 * 0.5). If this is not the case, the straps could snap when you brake hard.
