You are driving the car from which the picture is taken. Why is it not permitted to turn into the road on the right?

”The signs indicate that the vehicle may only be driven in the direction of the arrow or, in the case of two arrows, in either arrow’s direction. The symbol is adapted to the conditions of the location.”
The arrow in the right of the picture therefore compels you to continue driving straight. The left arrow further away is a keep right sign and indicates that you may not drive on the wrong side.
