Which alternative applies to the use of the hard shoulder?

  • Incorrect: No vehicles shall primarily drive on the hard shoulder.
  • Incorrect: Vehicles that can be driven at a maximum of 50 km/h shall primarily drive on the hard shoulder.
  • Correct: A car towing another car shall primarily drive on the hard shoulder.
  • Incorrect: Drivers of class II mopeds shall always drive on the hard shoulder, even when there is a bicycle path.
