You are driving the car from which the picture is taken. What is the greatest risk facing you?

The motorcycle drivers are by far the biggest risk. The likelihood is very great that they will overtake the cars and therefore require you to keep far right. Many things can happen, for example:

  • You are not prepared for the motorcycles to “force” you to keep right = risk of head-on collision.
  • You have to avoid a deer that runs onto the road = risk of head-on collision.
  • The motorcycle drivers accelerate fast and lose control = risk of head-on collision.
  • The oncoming cars have to give way and push out the motorcycles towards you = risk of head-on collision.

Sure, the distance between the oncoming cars is too short, but this does not entail any direct risk for you.
