What is the limit for drunk driving?

  • Incorrect: 0.1 per mille of alcohol in the blood.
  • Correct: 0.2 per mille of alcohol in the blood.
  • Incorrect: 1.0 per mille of alcohol in the blood.
  • Incorrect: 1.2 per mille of alcohol in the blood.

Drunk driving: “[…] alcohol concentration during or after the journey amounting to at least 0.2 per mille in the blood or 0.10 milligrams per litre in the exhaled breath entails a charge of drunk driving”. (Road Traffic Offences Act)
