#1. If you have not done the practice on turn in the road ”vändning manövrering”, kindly do it, otherwise you will be tensed before and during the test which will affect the test/uppkörning, may be result in fail.#2. On main road ( speed limit 90) , use U turn method. other methods are not allowed. Usually the inspector point out the parking area and will ask you to do the vändning from there. The maneuver must be 100 % safe!
#3. On road in a residential area, if the road is wide enough and it is suitable, use U turn method otherwise use 3 point ”sexvändning” method.
#4. You may be asked to turn the car in the T-junction ” tre vägskorsning”
#5. You can find very nice videos on you tube, its very easy to learn it.
If you don’t understand any inspector’s instruction ask him/her to explain more clearly. It will help you to do the maneuver easily.

First, it’s a loud to turn around in other ways than tje U turn on roads with speed limit 70 km/H and up.
Secondly, some of the trafikinspektörer will react rather negatively if you’ll try the sex-vändning. It may appear a bit award on a driving test
Third, you can also turn around by
going reverse around a street corner or backing up onto a parking lot or the like.
