In my driving theory test, I came across a question where there is a t-junction, where I have to cross the junction and go straight and a bicycle crossing coming from the right. Bicycle is not on a pedestrian lane neither on bicycle passage or track, in this case, am I obliged to give way to a bicycle or bicycle should give way to me?
The bicycle is to give way
Look for a give way sign from where the cyklist is arriving, or a yellow ”huvudled ” sign on your road, otherwise it is Priority-to-the-right. and you should stop for the bicycle. It is the same rule for cars.
The Priority-to-the-right rule applies for all vehicles on the road.
