Meeting in the narrow road

I am a little bit confuse about how to give way when meets on the narrow road in living area.
Like the road signs A5A, A5B and A5C. The road become narrow from left, right or both side.
For example, when there are several car meet in each side, how could they pass in this situation?

Hi - These signs are not telling you to give way; they are a warning sign. They mean that you should pay more attention to what’s ahead of you, as you approach the the narrower section, as well as not overtaking. They can, of course, be placed on a road where the right hand rule applies but I’d expect to see them more often on highways out in the country.
