Can drive on the should or not?

Really sorry for using english here.

Get the question like:

You’re driving at 90km/h on a 90-road. A vehicle wants to overtake you. Are u required to drive out onto the shoulder?

The answer is: No (is that correct?)

Got other questions before like I am driving with Max speed, car behind me want to overtake, and the answer is I can drive to the should since the view is clear.

Can anyone help on how to undertand this issue?

I depend if it is a highway or a normal two lane road, in highways if the a car overtakes you, you stay on your lane.if on a two lane road you keep your speed and turn to the right corner of the road to make it as easy as possible for the driver that is overtaking you to pass by.
