It’s my third attempt at the theory exam today. On my first attempt, I took the test in Swedish and scored 48. Then, on my second attempt last week, I scored 46. I thought I would try taking it in English for my third attempt, but I scored 45. 😢

I’m studying and reading the book, and I’m also doing mock exams. I understand the rules, but I’m not at the point where I can remember everything during the exam.

I’m getting frustrated and starting to feel stupid because I still haven’t passed the exam. Can you please give me some advice or tips?

I’m planning to retake the exam on September 15.

It is good if you face exam while practicing driving practical.

Practical knowledge give you ability to answer correctly for ”traffic safety” and ”traffic rules” questions which will more important in final marks.

Do not memorize mock test questions because it will hinder your ability to think out of the box in tricky questions.

Use at least two different applications like ”Körkortonline.se” & ”Trafiko” which will enhance your knowledge for different type of questions.

Always refer theory when you choose incorrect answers and it will help you to understand the basics and tricky questions.

Time management is important in the real exam and try to mark the unsure questions and check again in the end.

Traffic signs are very important and if you have less attention on them you may loose more marks.

Try to focus more on your less scoring areas such as ”traffic safety”, ”traffic rules” so that eventually you can overcome them.

I followed above steps after scoring 48 in my first attempt and eventually I got 60 marks in the second attempt.

Hope these steps will help you.

Good luck!

I just pass today, second attempt. I just study the Theory Book. When I failed Yesterday I send the mail from Trafikverket and the theory book to ChatGPT and it indexed the pages that has the content I needed to improve.

Then I focused on that.
