What is the maximum times some one has failed to clear the driving test practical exam?
I failed for the 6the time and losing hopes.

It is not a fair comparison to compare yourself against the person who took the most attempts. Some people may fail despite 100 attempts - but nearly everyone passes eventually.
If you are failing a lot of times the problem probably isnt with you but your technique. 6 driving tests cost 11,000 or more - enough for 15 lessons. Instead of another 6 exams, maybe you can take 10 lessons to polish up your flaws and do 2 exams?
You are probably doing the test a bit too early, missing a few details. Even if you are a perfect driver you will not pass if you dont know how to merge onto the highway safely for example - but you could learn it in a lesson.
