Passed driving exam in Motala

Passed my theory test 2 weeks ago with 62/65 from having studied only from this website, the questions were very similar so I am very happy with the site content.

For the practical test we drove the following route (image is probably not the best but might give an idea of the areas covered)

I did bad at stopping suddenly at a yellow I shouldnt have stopped at near the beggining by stopping sort of suddenly at it, while I shouldve kept driving, but I tried to not let it bother me too much and try to do the rest the best I could, and it paid off. The tester was calm and very nice, and spoke good english.

Also, for consideration, I had attempted twice first in Linkoping but as a private driver, and failed them, then got an instructor and did 5 classes with him, which let me correct a few things I was doing badly, and driving in a car I was familiar was very important also, so would reccomend even if you are an experienced driver

Congrats! Did you feel like it was a fair examiner? I feel like some are super-picky and others very relaxed.

Would you reccomend Motala instead of Linköping? What are the difference?

Motala is smaller so it ”feels” easier to get to know routes, but in reality the amount of routes used in Linkoping are also somewhat limited, the routes I took on my two exams I took in Linkoping are routes I saw posted on the forums here, so I think its similar really. One of the routes I did in Linkoping when I failed was far easier and shorter than the one I did in Motala when I passed for example.

I felt like the examiner was super fair and calm, and was very good at explaining what routes to take and what actions to do next, it was a younger guy than the examiners I had in Linkoping which I think also meant he knew better english and was more able to communicate without confusion. I think its definitely a bit of luck on who you get when it comes to that, what I mostly reccomend is, if you make a mistake, dont let that get you down and try your best for the rest of the drive, and do at least a few lessons with a local school to get to know the likely routes and stuff like that.

I went with Magnusons traffikskola in Motala because someone reccomended it and that worked out well
