I have driving in Falun on Monday. I wonder about the railway crossings there, especially the one below:

There is a traffic light here, say it’s green but the railway shows red so, you have to stop. Where should you stop? Before the pedestrian crossing at traffic light or just before the railway crossing? In the latter case, you’d be blocking the intersecting traffic.
