I just took the test in Farsta and have a question

Hi guys, I just failed my first attempt of the practical driving test in Farsta. I felt like the instructor was fair in their assessment of certain things. Mainly I need to work on looking for directional road signs (I’ve driven with a gps in my car for at least 15 years, so I guess that would make sense), which led me into being in the wrong position to enter a roundabout for a left exit. Not my finest hour, but I will practice more on it.

One other thing she mentioned was that she felt like I didn’t adjust my speed and look out enough for priority on the right cars and pedestrians while in a residential area. I was wondering if anyone here could help clarify how I could make that more obvious to the instructor when I go for my second attempt. The speed limit was 30, so I was maintaining just under that and said out loud how I was actively looking for cars on the right, pedestrians and cyclists, but apparently that wasn’t enough. Should I go slower? Swivel my head more?

I have scheduled mine for 6th of Jan or if possible middle of dec if a slot comes up but from what i know you dont have to go slower, when you see there is intersecting road, release gas/accelerator and keep on scanning for cars from right mainly but left right oncoming until you are in the intersection. Before turns you do check mirror mirror blind spot but when you are turning always remember to look at your shoulders (In the direction where you are turning first and then other side for any pedestrian or cycle). Regarding the direction signs it is okay to take your foot of the pedal and read it properly, inititate lane change well in advance.
