Uppkörning i Upplands Väsby

I was driving around the area today, practicing for my test tomorrow and was wondering about that peanut shaped roundabout. Do the rules apply as a normal roundabout, despite its elongated shape? Meaning, when I enter it and I want to take the left exit, I stay in the center lane the entire time until it’s time to put my blinker on and pull off to that exit or do I change lanes during the elongated part to make the exit easier? Thanks.
