Kortplanering tips?

Kan du hjälpa mig att förstår vad är kortplanering?

I was failed in my test and the teacher wrote ”kortplanering” I am an old driver and been driving for 15 years but Just wanted to change my Körtkort with Swedish one.

Can you help me to understand what is kortplanering? and How to avoid this?

Kortplanering is ”Short planning”. It’s the plans for a short period of time.
