Failed my driving test on the first attempt today because I slowed down before a pedestrian crossing, even though no pedestrians were present. It was simply a cautious reaction and muscle memory kicking in.
This failed make no sense as these small things are learned through real driving experience with your own or a rental car, not just during short driving school lessons.

Sorry to hear that! I know how frustrating getting a driver’s licence can be. That’s a lot of money, of course, but it’s not unusual to end up spending that much. I spent way more than that myself.
Thank you for your kind words. Although I did not pass, I truly appreciate the professionalism of my third examiner. He treated me with respect throughout the examination, clearly explained the mistakes I made, and provided constructive feedback on how I can improve.
As a foreigner living in Sweden, I found the contrast in my experience with the previous two examiners particularly disappointing. I felt that I was not treated with the same level of fairness, respect, or professionalism. I only wish the two previous examiners had shown the same approach as my third examiner providing clear feedback and treating every candidate with dignity, regardless of their background.

I gave up for good -or, at least put the project on shelf for more than a year now, after 5 failures of final and having spent about 80,000 SEK on lessons if that makes you feel better
I don’t think the examiners are ”racist”, mostly, but the final exam is broken with too much room for arbitrary judgment. Why isnt the final test recorded on video, with room for appeals?
It isn’t like you just can jump onto a new exam either. Looooong waiting lists :/
