How to rent a car just after you pass exam

I passed my driving test today and now want to try driving individually. As I passed exam today so I don’t have plastic card with me then without that how and where I can rent a car?

Might not be very helpful as i have no experience, but you technically do have a license, so i dont see how it would be a problem to rent a car. Just show them your ID or passport, and mention that you haven’t received your driving license yet. In theory it should work, since you officially have a license, you just haven’t received it yet. As for where, most gas stations should work. Normally they rent cars.

I remember reading that indeed you are allowed, you must have your ID with you when driving though in case you get stopped by police.

Yes you can rent without the physical card, ex. I did the same the very day I passed my drivers exam. I called Toyota to rent and they just called up Trafikverket to verify.
