Question Regarding Theory Test, number of choices

Hi, Just preparing for my theory test and since a number of questions on the practise tests have only 2 or 3 answer options, is that the same in the real test, or do you always get 4 or 5 options?

It’s different.
One question could be a yes/no and the next could have 5 choices.
