I have a questions regarding Vehicles not allowed sign.
What should we do if we got this sign while driving into some street ?
Is it allowed to drive in reverse when we see this sign ? Since it says driving is not allowed in both directions,

If you see it, you should not enter that street.

If you have entered that street, get out as soon as possible in a smooth and safe manner. Reversing or not does not matter. It is not ”less illegal” to reverse.
