Question about the road

Please can a supervisor direct me if i don’t know a place he ask me to drive, because

i want take my test in another city

They will say left, right, follow signs or be silent.

When you take the test, they will either say ”left” or ”right”, alternatively tell you to follow road signs. If they are quiet you continue driving forward.
