Besides, there is really minimal talking required. He/she will only need to say go left, go right, park there.
You don’t need to worry actually.. the driving inspector will ask you or you can tell him you prefer English. I did see this in person few asked Swedish or English 😊
The test that I failed, the instructor refused to give the instructions in English when I requested. Still OK as I can understand some Swedish (just that I did not want to take chances). But on the way he kept mumbling and had accent that unfortunately, I am not used to!

Yes , instructor will say left/right. otherwise he d say follow a route board (eg. to stockholm or to malmö), then you have to follow road directions. its independent of where you drive!
