Zone sign no parking?

I have learned that if I enter a city, there could be a zone sign telling me that I can’t park there (in ALL of the city). This is very easy to miss. Is there no other or better way to know where I can’t park?

If there’s a big no-parking zone covering a large area of the city, the municipality will probably have some information on it on their website, so look there before you visit. But you should really just be paying more attention to the road signs. Each one is there for a reason so you’re going to be missing a lot of important information if you’re not looking at them.
