“The marking indicates where a vehicle must be stopped according to a road sign or traffic signal.”
You must position your car so that the front wheels almost touch the Stop line. This gives you the best opportunity to see if there is any traffic.
The Road Traffic Ordinance states that: “A driver who has an obligation to stop [...] must stop at the Stop line.” If you stop at the same place as shown in the video and then drive on, it could be claimed that you have failed to comply with the obligation to stop.
