“Where the maximum permitted speed is 50 kilometres per hour or less, a driver who is approaching a bus, the driver of which is signalling that they intend to pull out from a bus stop, must reduce their speed and give the bus the opportunity to leave the bus stop. If necessary, the driver must stop.” (Road Traffic Ordinance)
The bus driver is signalling using left-hand indicators at the end of the video. This means that you must allow the bus to pull out.
