For some reason, the road signs to the right are facing the wrong direction, which is not good. However, you can conclude from the layout of this site that it is a roundabout, and that the obscured road signs are:
Give way (B1)
“The sign indicates that a driver is obliged to give way to a vehicle on the intersecting road.”.
Note that the road sign for ‘Give way’ has a unique shape – no other road sign has the form of an upside-down triangle.
Finally, there is actually a road marking that clearly indicates that you have the obligation to give way:
Give way line (M14)
“This marking indicates the line that a vehicle should not pass when the driver is observing the obligation to give way.”
