Immediately after your payment, you should be able to log in to Körkortonline.se and start using the service. Contact customer services (https://korkortonline.se/en/contact/) if you are unable to log in directly after payment.
The period of validity on an account can be chosen at the time of purchasing. The period of validity starts immediately after the time of purchasing. Once the account’s period of validity has run out, you are no longer able to take any tests or access other functions such as statistics and explanations. Regardless of the time of purchase, your account is always valid for the whole of the last day (up until 23:59).
You can redo the questions you buy as many times as you wish. You always have an unlimited number of logins, corrections and tests. The only thing which limits you is the period of validity.
You can extend the validity period of your account by making a new payment after logging in to your account. Under no circumstances is there ever an automatic extension.
Cancel the purchase or file a complaint

To file a complaint (faulty service), contact customer services (https://korkortonline.se/en/contact/). Körkortonline.se will try to correct the fault. If that is not possible, the purchase will be cancelled and you will get your money back.

The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and the EU (https://ec.europa.eu/odr/) offer alternative dispute resolution in cases which cannot be resolved via Körkortonline.se's customer services.
